Shipping and Returns
Shipping to the US- Please allow us up to 2-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled and process, and ETA will depend on the carrier.
Orders might be shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS from our warehouse in Florida, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number once your items have been shipped.
Shipping Policies:
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered, stolen or shipped to an incorrect address, or are obligated to replace/refund orders that are lost once we have shipped them, so please check that your address is the correct one before submitting your order.
Orders that have been submitted with incorrect delivery information and are returned will require re-shipment to be paid by customer.
PLEASE NOTE: If Package is cut during opening, we are not responsible for the damage.
Due to Fraud and customer complaint issues, we unfortunately do not ship to forwarding services when flagged by our system as a suspicious address or delivery location. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase.

Cancelled Orders:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit or cancel it. Please make sure your order is correct before you submit your order. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, usually shipping within two business day or less.
Incorrect Address:
If you have placed an order and notice that the mailing address is incorrect and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email our support team at support@gugu-world.com with the subject line ”INCORRECT ADDRESS ORDER #.” Please be sure to provide your order number and updated shipping address in that email. Please send this email as soon as you notice the error.
Returns:
In Gugu World our customers are #1 priority and we hope you love our products as much as we do, we are happy to accept returns.
Please inspect all items and send an email regarding shipment errors or manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
We will gladly accepts returns for products with manufacturing defect or fulfillment error for replacement/refund/store credit. Replacement, refund or store credit will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. No Exception.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Shipping charges paid to ship order are nonrefundable. When returning an item from an order that qualified for free shipping, discounts, or free items the cost of shipping/free items will be deducted from your refund.
